I’ve been training with Alam sir for a few weeks now and it’s been a really good experience. He makes sure every workout is different so it never gets boring, and his workouts are challenging in the best way. He also really focuses on proper form and helping you improve. I’ve definitely seen progress already and would highly recommend training with him!

I have been working with Bilal for over 4 years. He is very committed and hardworking. He understands the requirements of the individual and curates the exercises while slowly increasing the levels. I have improved my core strength and stamina with his workouts.
