Allka is not just an exceptional baker but I really appreciate her involvement in understanding all sensorial outcomes that are expected from her cake from texture, to tastes to look and also the thought behind the creativity. Never seen or met a baker like like her.
I ordered a dino theme cake for my son’s 3rd birthday . The visual was better than what I had expected . The flavour ( dark chocolate truffle with strawberry filling) was exquisite . The attention to minute details is commendable. Thank you so much Allka 🥰
